When last we spoke about the FHSA it had just dropped, and the wording from the government site had given us cause for pause. Now it has been refined and our new prognosis is it is indeed a potentially valuable tool- HOWEVER – because of it’s new-ness, there is one particular part of the wording we think it’s important to highlight, especially as we turn the corner into a new year!
